Good evening,

 

It has felt like every week this half term has built on the previous and been even more exciting and positive.

This week alone, we have had delicious pizzas in Rosefinch, super writing from Bullfinch of their riddles (written with special pens), Chaffinch enjoyed their science up at the church and Goldfinch with their DT all week and the Stone Age day today has been fantastic.  Our children are very lucky!  It was wonderful to give out some Heart of the Community badges this week.  Please remember to send an email if your child does something for the community and we can celebrate this.

 

The Rosefinch children enjoyed the Multisports club this evening and it was great to see so many families taking part.

 

As we move to the second half of the Summer term, we have so much to look forward to and so much to achieve.  We will also be having transition visits throughout the school, for our new Reception children coming in and for our Year 6 leavers.  The Year 6 children can wear their hoodies from 8th July. 

 

In the Summer we will also be saying goodbye to Mrs Guillaume.  Mrs Guillaume has been with us for 5 years and I know you will join me in wishing her well when the time comes.  In the meantime, we will recruit and I will be in touch when arrangements are confirmed.

 

I wish you all a lovely half term. NSsport is running during the holidays and on our Inset day.  The children will return to school on Tuesday 4th June.
