Dear Parents,

Christmas is definitely upon us; the classrooms all look lovely and the Christmas play songs are being sung all around.  

Thank you to so many of you joining us for the Christmas play. The children were wonderful; they learnt their lines well and I am sure you will agree that they sang beautifully. It is great for the children to perform to such big audiences, I hope they all enjoyed it as much as I did.

On behalf of the school Mrs Gan has organised Loddon Carol Concert, the Christmas play, singing for Friendly Finches and we are now organising the Carol Service (all within a week!). She works incredibly hard with such dedication, we are very lucky and grateful to have Mrs Gan and we are proud of the music provision in our school.

 

Today Rosefinch and Bullfinch went over to Finches Preschool to watch their play. This is something our children really enjoy and it is lovely for the younger children to see us. We are finished the day with a boy's football match and they drew 3-3, well done boys.

 

I am looking forward to seeing many of you on Monday at our Carol Service. This is taking place in school and there will be refreshments afterwards for parents and visitors, the more the merrier.
